The hotel offered us a complimentary shuttle service to and from the New Year’s Eve party we attended, which was a great convenience. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by many great restaurants.
The check-in process took a long time and we were not offered any complimentary upgrades or drinks. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and understaffed during peak times, especially when we had to wait for towels at the pool.

Our family enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the beach, just a short walk away. The lobby was cozy and inviting. We liked the spacious family room, which provided enough space for our family with 2 small children. The beds, pillows, and bed linen were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The gym and parking lot were overcrowded during our stay.

The staff at So Boutique Jomtien Beach Pattaya were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many great restaurants nearby and a convenient 7-11 for all our needs. The bed, pillows, and bed linen were all very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The lobby was also cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with fresh linens and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, along with a tasty breakfast and friendly staff who were always on hand to help. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the beach and a variety of restaurants in the area.

the exclusive amenities and private facilities were exceptional. the location advantages of this venue were also outstanding as it was just a few steps away from the beachfront. We also loved the swimming pool and sun terrace where we spent most of our time relaxing on the sun loungers.
the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took a while for them to attend to our requests.
